Swamp Outlaw 185-200 Chain Drive Parts
Stop messing around with $25 amazon carburetors! This Mikuni 22mm carb is almost an exact copy of the Keihin 22mm found in most ATC 185 and 200 models. I installed this carb on my 185 and it runs perfect!
This is a genuine Mikuni Carb not a cheap replica with fake stickers like most amazon and eBay carburetors.
Fits 1981-86 Honda ATC 185, 185S, 200, 200S
Choke cable on 200E and 200ES will not fit with this carb.

Front Wheel Hub Adapters
Where to Use: These adapters are the answer to the many questions about how to mount an aftermarket wheel on the front of a Honda ATC 185 and 200. We designed these hub adapters to both center the front wheel and also use a common size aftermarket wheel. Honda used an oddball size bolt pattern 4x150 and 4x130 on the 185 and 200. Every other Honda uses the 4x110 bolt pattern. These are the perfect fit for your custom build.
Wheel Offset: We designed these adapters to center a 5+2 offset wheel in the front forks. This is the most common and easy to find offset wheel especially in the Polaris and Can-am market. Our goal is to be able to find an affordable set of mud tires and bolt them right to your ATC as easily as possible! Other offsets and wheels may work with enough creativity and fabrication. But for a direct bolt on we do suggest a 5+2 offset.
Rear Wheels: The rear wheels are very simple! We rear conversion hubs that are a direct fit on the factory splines for the rear. We offer both Standard width as well as Tusk extended hubs. These are a 4x110 bolt pattern and can accept most Honda wheels. If you're ordering brand new wheels and have the option, We suggest a 2+5 wheel because it will help to widen the machine and limit the use of extra spacers
Options: To make everything simple we are offering these in the following sizes!
4x130 - 4x110 (ATC 185 to Honda) SO-130-110
4x130 - 4x137 (ATC 185 to Can-am) SO-130-137
4x130 - 4x156 (ATC 185 to Polaris) SO-130-156
4x150 - 4x110 (ATC 200 to Honda) SO-150-110
4x150 - 4x137 (ATC 200 to Can-am) SO-150-137
4x150 - 4x156 (ATC 200 to Polaris) SO-150-156
Installation: To install adapter simply remove existing studs from the factory hub and bolt on new adapter using the supplied hardware.

If you own a three wheeler, you probably have 15 more and a pile of parts! We built these stands to get our motors off the garage floor! These are perfect for storage, display, or just to make it easier to work on. Select your engine from of the available options! These stands are cnc laser cut and powder coated in texture black.
Check out this upgraded chain roller for the 185/200 chain drives! This is a significant upgrade from the plastic rollers, the sealed bearing will hold up much better to mud and water. The sprocket will also help with chain alignment and solve most of the issues with chains popping off under heavy load. This roller simply bolts to the rear motor mount. If you currently have a plastic roller this upgrade may require extra chain links.

We built a Slammed Honda ATC 185 and it is Awesome! Since posting videos of this project we have received tons of requests for the lowering bracket. Well here it is! Before ordering please understand that there is a ton of custom fabrication involved in making this work and the lowering bracket is a small part of the entire project! If you do not have the fabrication capabilities DO NOT order! There is a complete video on the Swamp Outlaw YouTube channel about how to build this. This kit is sold in a 3” or 4” drop. The video has the 4” drop.
This can be used on most chain drive 185/200 models but will require solid forks to complete the front. This is sold as Laser Cut flat plates and must be assembled. (If you cant assemble the drop bracket you wont be able to install it)
Don’t forget lug nuts for those fancy new wheels! Old 3 wheelers came with flat faced lug nuts for those old steel wheels. So swapping to a modern wheel requires taper head lug nuts! There are sold in 12 pack and perfect for your Honda Big Red. Make sure to check out the other listing for extended wheel studs. Those make the perfect combo for installing modern wheels on your 3 wheeler.
Check out these Brand New replacement gas caps for your Honda Big Red 250 or 250SX! These are the perfect finishing touch for and restoration or custom build.
Extended ATC 185 / 200 Hubs
One of the very commonly used parts on the lifted 3 wheelers builds are the Tusk extended hubs! These fit almost every Honda 3 Wheeler except for 350X and 250R. These are super simple to install, the splines are a direct match! This also gets you from 4x150 or 4x130 bolt pattern Stock rear hubs to the more common 4x110. These hubs are extended out 2” each side which is very important for the lifted 3 wheelers!
Chain Roller Replacement Wheels
Don't forget extra chain roller wheels! These are used on the Swamp Outlaw chain roller for the chain drive lift kits.

Every one that has worked on a Honda ATC 200E or ES knows that those from forks are terrible! They are not rebuildable and most of the time full of rust and completely seized up. Well this is your option and it cheap!
These tubes are perfectly sized DOM tube meaning there’s no weld seam inside so it slides together perfectly. The installation does require welding and fabrication capability. You will loose front suspension with these weld in tubes.
The front axle on the 200E and ES slides out the side so there is no issues with changing tires or servicing front end after welding.
These tubes work from stock height all the way up to a 6” lift. We include detailed instructions for installation
Fits Honda ATC 200E and 200ES with Steel Suspension Forks
Part Number SO-R84-ES
Want to dig through the thickest mud?
Checkout these bolt on axle paddles! These are specifically designed to fit over the TRX style hubs commonly used on the back of lifted chain drive 185 / 200 model Honda® 3 wheelers as well as the 1984 200ES Shaft drive. These are laser cut from 3/16” steel and powder coated black!
This design allows you to use either the factory replacement TRX hubs or the Tusk extended aluminum hubs. The paddle simply slides over the face of the hub and fits between the wheel and hub face.
Minimum wheel Requirement : 12” 5+2 Offset
More effective with 2+5 wheels as more of the paddle is exposed
Fits the following machines using TRX Style hubs and a 12” Wheel:
ATC 185
ATC 185S
ATC 200
ATC 200E
ATC 200M
ATC 200ES
As well as many more!
These will not fit Big Red 250ES, May fit other Honda® models where TRX conversion hubs are used
One of the biggest problems with the Honda® ATC is the unique bolt pattern. They come in either a 4x150 and 4x130 which make using modern wheels impossible! They also have a factory 9” rim which narrows down the tire selection. We now stock the conversion rear hubs in addition to our front wheel adapters. These are a super simple install! Just slide in place of the factory hub and you can run 4x110 wheels! These fit most 110,185, 200, 200E/ES, 200X Honda® 3 wheelers.
(Does Not Fit 350X 250R)
Looking for more torque out of your lifted ATC to turn those monster tires? Drop a few teeth on that front sprocket with this 9 tooth front sprocket from Swamp Outlaw! These laser cut and heat treated sprockets make a huge difference in getting those tires turning. Includes a low profile retainer clip to keep the sprocket in place.
Please note: Need to run 520 STANDARD non O-ring chain. Chain will still slightly rub on the case. But will clearance after the first ride. (Will Not Fit 200E with Hi/Lo range)
1980-86 ATC 185/200 Chain Roller
These Chain rollers are specifically designed for lifted Honda ATC 185 and 200 chain drive models. Lifted or adding larger sprocket causes clearance issues with the frame and chain. These rollers simply bolt to the rear motor mount bolt and hold the chain off the frame in that area.
