We designed this kit to be a simple bolt in style lift so no custom swingarms and long waits! This kit pairs up perfectly with 27” tires and all of our other Big Red products. Honda® 350X & Big Red 250es Intake Boot Brand new replacement intake boot for your Honda® ATC 350X! This boot is a direct replacement for your 40 year old rubber intake boot. This intake also works awesome to install in a 300ex or 400ex carburetor or on your Big Red 250es.

Honda® Axle Paddle Spacers

Lifting your Honda® means you also need to go wider! And we have the fix! These CNC cut and welded spacers have built in paddles as well as 3 common wheel bolt patterns on the wheel side. These spacers were built to fit our lifted Big Red 250’s but will also work on Fourtrax 300 as well as many other machines with 4x110 bolt pattern. We offer these in 4” 6” and 8” lengths. M10x1.25 wheel studs are sent with so you can press them into the required bolt pattern. The wheel side has the following bolt patterns, 4x110, (Honda) 4x137 (Can Am) and 4x156 (Polaris).

Stop stacking those cheap aluminum spacers! These steel spacers are laser cut fully welded assemblies built to your specifications. Use the variations to select your length and bolt pattern to achieve the wide stance you are looking for and that will fit your bigger tires

Note; These will cause significant added stress on rear hubs and axles. Installing these you will likely break an axle and/or hubs.

Do you already have a rear lift or want to build your own? Here’s the option to buy the 2” front lift ONLY! These front lifts are machined using a combination of DOM tube, solid round stock and TIG welding. These come powder coated in a heavy duty Texture black finish.

Check out these Brand New replacement gas caps for your Honda Big Red 250 or 250SX! These are the perfect finishing touch for and restoration or custom build.

The Big Red 250 came with steel wheels and flat faced lug nuts, which means they could use a shorter wheel stud.

A common problem when running aftermarket aluminum wheels or adapters is not having enough threads on the studs when installing! We solved that problem with these wheel studs that are 1/4” longer than stock and the perfect length for new wheels.

Simply pound out the stuck studs and press in the replacements. These new studs are also M10x1.25, check out our other listing for tapered head lug nuts, which you need for any aftermarket wheel. Sold as a pack of 12.
